Pabst Big Blowout II / Live Printing

PPR invited Anthem Heart to print live once again at the annual PBR Blowout! We designed four stencils of a funked out Pabst design, and people got to choose which of them they wanted on the free shirts provided by PBR. The stencils worked together or stood alone. The options available resulted in several unique combinations…and fun for everyone.

PBR put together another great free concert with a full range of live visual artists. This time the blowout was a sunny outdoor affair at Psycho Suzie’s in Northeast Minneapolis.

Solid Gold’s performace was one of the highlight’s of the day. Having added 2 additional musicians to the lineup (percussion and guitar) the band produced a much bigger and warmer sound.

The vocals are being layed down for Economy Team’s upcoming album, and I’m really looking forward to it. It was the first time I’d seen them, and was an instant fan.

Their song, Japanese Fire, is the soundstrack to our footage from the event, with additonal video fun by Time Squid, enjoy:
